Pricing & Licensing for CoexLinks Journal 4.01

CoexLinks Journal 4.00 is available for Windows 32-bit, Windows 64-bit and Linux 32-bit, and and will soon be available for Linux 64-bit. If your company has a need for CoexLinks on any other platform, please let us know. CoexLinks Fidelity (outbound/iNotes/mobile fidelity) and CoexLinks Migrate (high fidelity archiving/migration) are priced separately.

CoexLinks Journal is licensed per server, with an additional cost per user mail database.

Order licenses on-line or by e-mail or by phone at +1 216-991-5220.

Evaluation licenses:
Licenses for evaluation and testing are provided at no charge. To request an evaluation license for Version 4.x, please fill out our CoexLinks Journal evaluation request form, and a license file will be sent along with instructions on how to install the software. The license will expire after between 30 and 45 days, at the expiration date listed on your evaluation e-mail.

Free upgrades to major and minor versions are free upon request for any company with paid up annual license.

Production pricing (annual*):*Renewal will be fixed at the original annual cost for server and dbs even if price goes up on website. Free Maintenance and Upgrades are part of the annual cost of licensing.

**If additional mail databases need to be handled, the incremental cost will still be $15 per additional database, but the coverage will be the remaining portion of a year. Thus, if you add 100 databases halfway through the year, the cost would still be $1500, but would only cover the remaining half a year.
