Bring out your vote

If you are one of those who believe that morning dawns in America in an off year election (non-Presidential election) with streams of eager voters lining up outside the polls to elect city council members and school board members and pass important ballot initiatives, don't read any more. Such fresh faced enthusiasm should not be discouraged. For others, carry on.
Personally, the electoral process triggers in my mind the famous "Bring out your dead" scene in Monty Python and the Holy Grail. I feel like I wander through our community, forcibly throwing voters on the electoral cart. "Bring out your vote! (thud) Bring out your vote! (thud)". On occasion, I even get, "I'm not voting. Really, I'm feeling quite apathetic and I can't make up my mind". A quick verbal blow to the noggin, and (thud) onto the cart they go.
Well, back to poll watch with my wheel barrow. To those of you who are American, or otherwise plagued with elections today, go do your bit, before I come along with my cudgel...
