Now, if I had only put out Version 3...  Anyway, thanks to all those in Penumbra who assisted and all those in Orlando who told me they enjoyed it.

Hi Ben;

Thanks for such a great tool - I used it for the first time this year and it made managing my time at the 'sphere so much easier. Much appreciated.

This was my first Lotusphere (hopefully not the last) and I don't think I could have done it without your sessions database. The only things I would have added related to the room and speaker information on printed calendars, and being a newbie I had no idea this would be needed until I got there. I'll do some tinkering and see if I can figure it out and when/if I do I'll pass the info along.

Because this was not all on the calendars I printed I ended up constantly flipping back and forth between the pocket agenda and the conference guide to get all that info consolidated. Maybe IBM Lotus could put all that in one place next year. :)

All in all a hugely helpful effort, and even if you made no changes for next year it would still be an extremely worthwhile tool. I couldn't imagine trying to navigate without it, and I was sincerely

It was good catching up with you and discussing conference session planning at a higher level.

Norm and Charles - Glad to hear the sessions database was useful

Tim - It was good catching up, and I hope we can work together to get some of your stuff into our sessions db next year. A lot of people could benefit from some variant of those features.
