Anybody know of a good beta tracking db?

Thu 5 Feb 2009, 04:09 PM

by Ben Langhinrichs
It has been a few years since I have run a real beta, and it is becoming quickly obvious that I would be better off with some on-line tracking database for issues for the on-going iFidelity beta (want to join - fill out the form).  Does anybody know whether there is an OpenNTF template or other available template that would be good for this (at minimum, I guess it would need to allow people to submit feedback and get responses, as well as have a place for news items), or should I just start a discussion db and just let people post and respond there?

I don't want to get too complicated, but if there is a good solution, maybe even in a bug tracking application, I'd be willing to give it a go.  Any suggestions?
