I was pleased to see Paul Goat Allen's The Best Zombie Releases of 2010, both because zombie books are fun, but also because I know one of the authors.  Here's the list, in case you want to check them out.  I have been careful not to identify which book was written by my friend, so just consider buying any of the books that jump out at you:

1) Feed by Mira Grant

2) The Loving Dead by Amelia Beamer

3) Night of the Living Trekkies by Kevin David Anderson, Sam Stall

8) The Living Dead 2 edited by John Joseph Adams (anthology by various authors)

9) Dead Guy SpyGoop Soup and The Big Stink by David Lubar (yeah, these are three different books, but all cheap)

10) Desperate Souls by Gregory Lamberson

11) The Book of the Living Dead edited by John Richard Stephens (anthology by various authors)

12) The Zombie-Wilson Diaries by Timothy W. Long

13)  Ten Little Zombies: A Love Story by Andy Rash

All kidding aside, there are a lot of great books here to choose from if you are a fan of zombie fiction, and several stretch the genre in humorous ways, which is always a big plus with me.
