The Turtle Partnership provides primary support for all Genii Software products, including CoexEdit, CoexLinks, iFidelity, iFidelity Gateway, Midas Rich Text LSX and Midas Rich Text C++, as well as secondary sales support. E-mail support will be provided twenty four hours a day, and is recommended, as it allows both support groups to access the information provided and respond in a timely manner.
