Cleveland, Ohio, 04/07/2010 -- Genii Software announced today that due to a change in telephone support providers, the contact numbers for its highly successful support arrangement with The Turtle Partnership have changed. The Turtle Partnership provides primary support for all Genii Software products, including CoexEdit, CoexLinks, iFidelity, iFidelity Gateway, Midas Rich Text LSX and Midas Rich Text C++, as well as secondary sales support.

E-mail support will be provided twenty four hours a day, and is recommended, as it allows both support groups to access the information provided and respond in a timely manner. E-mail should be directed to the support address for each product group:
