One non-technical reason to like FCKEditor

I'll grant you that it is distracting to have to explain that FCKEditor is named after its author, Frederico Caldeira Knabben, but I like it as a web editor quite a lot. It is flexible and powerful, and our customers who buy CoexEdit and don't already have a web editor have mostly adopted it.
But there is an additional reason to like FCKEditor. On our web editors page, we have accumulated a lot of information on a lot of different web editors, but it is difficult to be sure the information is complete and accurate. In the past few days, Frederico Caldeira Knabben has contacted me twice to help fill in details about his editor. Both times, he was courteous, helpful and understanding that I might not be able to make the changes right away.
That level of dedication to your product, especially a free, open source product, impresses me. Good job, Mr, Knabben!
