Better square advertisement?

I posted the ads we have been running, and got some excellent feedback. Now, the challenge of good feedback is whether you can respond to it, so here is an alternative to the square ad which people didn't like so much. I found a better rendering of the Notes icon, and I changed the font, shrinking and using a cleaner font. I also changed the wording a bit.. What do you think? If you like it, I can send it to Bruce and maybe he can swap it out.

I don't like the "and also" wording. Other than that, it looks better.
