Added links to LS08 presentations (requires LS On-Line access)

As a convenience, each session now has a link to the black and white and color PDFs for the session slides. You have to be able to sign on to Lotusphere On-Line, but it may be a bit easier to navigate from our sessions database than from Lotusphere On-Line, even though they do have lots of nifty Ajax whiz-bang views. Makes no difference to me, but I thought it might help some people.

Good work on the application.
I was wanting to write something which will attach the presentation pdf to the richtext field.
I wrote a JAVA agent but ran into errors going past the authentication. I couldn't spend more time on that.
I downloaded all the pdfs using ff extension download all which was run over a html page which I created from Notes to have all the attachment links. I have to sign-in first before running download all.
It wouldn't be hard to run an agent to attach these files to the database.
Just an idea, if you want to do it yourself.
