What's the maximum length of a string constant in @function formulas?
Versions: R5; ND6; ND6.5; ND7; ND8; ND8.5
Limit:
2048 bytes (not byes - click on symbol for details)
Tweet Tweet: 'Max length of string constant in @function formulas: 2048 bytes (not chars)'
Additional notes:
2048 bytes (Andre Guirard correctly pointed out that the previous shown value of 2048 characters was incorrect. Also note, these are LMBCS characters, and so could take as many as 4 bytes for a character, although usually they do not)
Tired of limits?
CoexLinks: high fidelity rendering of email to non-Notes email systems, customized doclinks, etc.
