For those of you not familiar with the concept, "blogging" is a way to communicate ideas, thoughts and process to an audience, and to solicit comments back. This is a business blog, so I won't spend a lot of time on my personal life, but I do hope it helps you see better into the process by which we conceptualize, develop and support our products. I also hope that the evolution of the products will be less of a mystery, and that feedback from readers will help shape that process. Let's see how this works as a new avenue for communication.
